I have over 40 years of experience in the property business, including many years advising on the regeneration of redundant buildings within British rural estates. I now assist with project development and design, with a focus on the end user.
My property career path took her from part-owning an estate agency to commercially managing the Broughton Hall Estate near Skipton, a pioneer in rural regeneration and an early recogniser of the need to ‘sweat’ redundant assets.
I have expertise in developing, managing and marketing rural business space. Alongside managing Broughton, I served as a consultant in the planning and future development team for numerous other rural estates. Subsequently, I assembled, trained, and strategically led marketing and management teams for them.
