Working closely with my team, I help source developments that fit our exact criteria. I handle all financial aspects of the business, including funding, forecasting, and cash flow management. I take the lead role in managing the team and contractors to ensure the successful completion of all developments.
I was previously a landlord and tenant lawyer, co-owned/Directed A Quick Sale, building a £15m portfolio of buy-to-lets. I co-founded EweMove Sales and Lettings and sold it three years later for £15 million. I'm a UK Entrepreneur of the Year winner and a multiple-time winner of The Times/Sunday Times Property Business Awards.
I began property development in 2012 and have successfully acquired and completed three new-build projects. I’m now working on my fourth.
