With a distinguished career spanning over four decades in the property industry, my journey began as an Architect, evolving into a role as Property Manager for Magnet Southern UK. My profound portfolio appraisal and strategic planning expertise catapulted me into a prominent position with Saint-Gobain, a globally recognised Blue-Chip organisation.
I held a senior executive position on the Main Board, serving as Property Director for the UK and Ireland. I played a key role in overseeing numerous significant acquisitions.
My responsibilities as Property Director extended across Europe. I collaborated closely with colleagues in Paris to design and construct a significant facility for a Saint-Gobain subsidiary in the Netherlands, alongside various new builds throughout the UK. At the helm of a team comprising over 40 dedicated professionals, including Surveyors, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors, I effectively managed a vast portfolio of 1,609 commercial properties across the UK and Ireland.
Now, bringing my extensive experience and deep-seated knowledge to properli, I contribute as a seasoned Property Advisor. My role involves leveraging my comprehensive background to provide strategic guidance and insights, ensuring the continued growth and success of our ventures.
